These Betting Rules govern the operation and use of the sportsbook offered by Rrgg. By placing a Bet, the End User confirms understanding and acceptance of these Rules as they apply to pre‑match and in‑play betting, and to any related sportsbook services provided by Rrgg.
Rrgg reserves the right to modify these Rules from time to time. Any changes apply to new and existing Bets unless stated otherwise in the modification. Compliance with applicable laws and licensing requirements remains a prerequisite to all wagering activities.
3.1 No person may access or place Bets if they do not meet the applicable minimum gambling age in their jurisdiction. The End User acknowledges and agrees to age and identity verification requirements as a condition of ongoing participation.
3.2 If there is any discrepancy between English language text and other translations, the English version governs.
3.3 Once a Bet is accepted by the Sportsbook, it cannot be reversed except as provided in these Rules. Rrgg shall not compensate for missing or duplicate Stakes or review requests for alteration after acceptance.
3.4 The End User may review all Bets in the betting history interface to confirm acceptance and status.
3.5 Data, statistics and editorial materials published by the Sportsbook are provided for information and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute advice or a guarantee of results.
3.6 Automated systems or external scanners are prohibited. Bets placed via such means may be cancelled at the sole discretion of Rrgg.
3.7 The End User shall not operate multiple accounts or act through third parties to circumvent limits. Bets placed in breach of this clause may be voided.
3.8 Availability of Events and Markets may vary by jurisdiction and compliance requirements. Rrgg reserves the right to modify offerings accordingly.
3.9 Rrgg uses reputable data sources to determine outcomes. Where not disclosed, data sources may be provided to End Users upon request.
3.10 In cases of conflict between Market Rules, Sport Rules and General Rules, Market Rules take precedence over Sport Rules, and Sport Rules take precedence over General Rules.
3.11 An “X” or similar symbol in a market description is to be interpreted as a defined numerical value as described in the corresponding Market.
4.1 All Stakes and Bets are subject to these Betting Rules and all applicable law.
4.2 A Bet is valid only when explicitly confirmed as accepted in the betslip. Absent such confirmation, the Bet is not considered placed.
4.3 Rrgg retains full discretion to accept or reject any Bet at any time, including after it has been accepted but before settlement.
4.4 Bet Types
4.5 Market Types
4.6 Special terms
5.1 Live Bets are settled on the actual progression of the Event. Where the official result is decided after a period of play or by a governing body, such result governs settlement, subject to the Market description.
5.2 When a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) or equivalent technology affects a decision, Bets that were placed between the occurrence of the incident and the final official decision may be voided where the final decision alters the state of play that existed at bet placement, unless the affected Bet is unaffected by the VAR decision or was already settled.
5.3 Odds displayed to End Users are shown with two decimal places on screen. Total Odds are calculated using a sixth decimal digit, and the Total Winnings are truncated to two decimal places. Any discrepancy is a function of these rounding rules and does not imply a separate liability by Rrgg.
6.1 If an Event is postponed, suspended, or not started on time, Bets may remain valid if the start occurs within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time. Bets may be voided at Rrgg’s discretion if the Event is not resumed within that window.
6.2 If an Event is abandoned or not completed, Bets are settled according to the official result or the applicable market description. Where two legs exist (e.g., a two‑leg tie), only Bets on the leg that is resumed within the allowed period will be considered; other markets may be voided and stakes refunded where specified in the market rules.
6.3 Special provisions apply to sport‑specific scenarios (including but not limited to tennis retirements and baseball innings). In all such cases, the market description and these Betting Rules govern settlement. Where there is a conflict, the market description governs.
7.1 Outright markets (short‑term and long‑term) are subject to a Play‑or‑Pay rule. Bets on listed participants stand regardless of withdrawal or non-participation, unless a market is expressly designated as void. If a listed participant is replaced by another participant of the same team, team markets remain valid while individual market bets may be void.
7.2 Head‑to‑Head markets are treated as void if any listed participant does not participate.
7.3 Settlement of outrights is subject to the competition’s official rules and live status updates; any change to participant status or competition structure that affects a listed market will be settled in accordance with these Rules and the described market terms.
8.1 In the event of a dispute, the English language version of these Betting Rules prevails where discrepancies exist between translations.
8.2 Rrgg is committed to anti‑money laundering (AML) policies, know‑your‑customer (KYC) checks, and self‑exclusion measures consistent with applicable law. End Users may be required to furnish documentation to verify identity and age, and to assess source of funds.
8.3 Rrgg may suspend or restrict access or cancel Bets where suspected irregular activity, attempts to circumvent limits, or fraudulent conduct is detected.
8.4 Any data handling is subject to the privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. Data sources used for determining outcomes may be disclosed to End Users upon reasonable request and in compliance with applicable law.
9.1 End Users shall maintain the confidentiality of account credentials. Any suspicion of compromised access must be reported to Rrgg immediately.
9.2 Rrgg applies technical and organizational measures to safeguard data, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error‑free operation, except as required by law.
10.1 Rrgg may amend these Betting Rules at any time without prior notice. Material changes shall be communicated to End Users where feasible in accordance with applicable law.
10.2 These Rules are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rrgg operates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to gambling activities will be resolved in accordance with those laws and the regulatory framework applicable to the Operator.
11.1 The End User acknowledges and agrees that the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any regulatory obligations apply alongside these Betting Rules.
11.2 Rrgg may update its Sportsbook offerings, betting limits, payout limits, and available markets without prior notice, provided any such changes comply with applicable law.
