Self Exclusion

Self-Exclusion Policy

Rrgg provides a Self-Exclusion service to suspend access to all Site services for a defined period. This policy explains the process, the effects during exclusion, and the steps to restore access.

Scope and Eligibility

Self-Exclusion is available to adult registered users who wish to restrict their gambling activity. Minors are prohibited from gambling and cannot use Self-Exclusion as a remedy. The service applies to all Games, Services and Promotions offered on the Site during the exclusion period.

Initiating Self-Exclusion

You may initiate Self-Exclusion by submitting a written request through the designated channel in your account or by contacting our Customer Support team. The request must specify the duration of the exclusion. You may choose from 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or an indefinite period. Periods beyond three years may trigger account termination and the return of funds in line with our Terms of Use and applicable law.

Effect During Self-Exclusion

  • Access to the Personal Account and all Site services will be denied for the duration of the exclusion.
  • Advertising and promotional material will be blocked during the exclusion period.
  • Creation of new accounts or re-entry under a different profile is prohibited during the exclusion period.

Reactivation and Restoration

Restoration is not automatic. To regain access after the expiry of the Self-Exclusion period, you must submit a written request following the expiry. Reactivation requires confirmation of acceptance of the Terms related to reactivation. We will not consider any requests to restore access during the exclusion period.

Termination on Excessive Exclusions

If the Self-Exclusion period exceeds three years, Rrgg reserves the right to terminate the User’s account and release funds held in the User’s account, subject to the general terms for withdrawal under our Terms of Use and applicable laws.

Privacy, Liability and Compliance

Rrgg does not accept liability for losses resulting from a User’s non-compliance with Self-Exclusion terms, including attempts to bypass restrictions or to circumvent the exclusion by opening new accounts or providing false data. Any funds in the User’s account at the time of termination or expiry will be handled in accordance with the Terms of Use and applicable law.

Marketing After Exclusion

We will cease sending marketing communications to you within 48 hours of the Self-Exclusion taking effect. After reactivation, marketing communications will resume in accordance with your chosen notification preferences.

In addition to Self-Exclusion, Rrgg offers responsible-gaming tools such as deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) and activity tracking. You may set or adjust limits in your Account under Responsible Gaming, subject to waiting periods for increases. For support or information on treatment resources, contact Customer Support.
